DS-C12 Automatic Direct Bottom & Open Cam & Auto Oiling Paper Cup Forming Machine with Heater Sealing(hot air bottom heating)
It is a servo motor supported equipment, updated from our high speed paper cup machine. We adopt the strong hot air system(it can up into 300 degree in one min), single turn-plate & direct bottom cutting, open cam together with automatic lubricating oil system to support the stable running of machine. It runs a whole procedure of paper feeding, side sealing, automatic oiling, bottom punching, feeding, heating knurling, top curling, sensor detecting and final cup collection(optional). This type paper cup machine is mainly used to making one side PE coated paper cups from 2 oz to 12 oz. DS-C12 model is without ultrasonic, but install it and other functions as extra choice.
