DS-M4 Fully Automatic Four Positions High Speed Paper Plate Machine 120-150pcs/min
It is developed and designed as the requirement of market. It is pneumatic type automatic paper plate/dish forming machine with owned unique intelligent property right, which has functions as automatic paper feeding, forming, plates /dishes ejecting, temperature constant controlling, automatic counting, fast working speed, safe operation and the easy maintenance, etc. ZPJ-600 has four working positions, totally four free molds are installed. It is widely applied to make paper plates/dishes in round (rectangle, square, or irregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thickness and plate/dish size. If the raw material is ivory board, in certain weight of paper, the speed can up to 220pcs per min by adjusting our machine.
