DS-D Open Cam & Auto Oil Lubricant Double Wall Paper Cup Forming Machine (PLC, servo motor)
It is second updates on basic of former open cam system for the dividing moving, which is more easy to maintain and durable to run longer time for different parts. This model also twice updates the precision for sleeve bottom knurling, so it can save space for cups packaging. The machine main purpose is to make second wall /sleeve over the inner cup (cups are finished by paper cup machine). It makes double wall paper cup after running a whole procedure of automatic paper feeding, sleeve cone body sealing (by ultrasonic or hot glue melt), water glue spraying (spray glue inside the cone sleeve), cup feeding (absorb cup into the cone sleeve), inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup. It is an ideal equipment of making plain sleeve cups, hollow sleeve cups, rippled or corrugated sleeve paper cups.
Main Advantanges:
1. Adopt new customized gear box, which is integration without assembling again, which can increase the precision and improve the service life.
2. Install servo motor to support the glue spray instead of normal one.
3. Glue storage box updates, it sprays glue by pressure, glue is flowed by air gun operation, speed is faster, precision is more exact. Besides, new updated glue device has low requirements on glue viscosity, the old one need certain degree dilute glue.
4. Paper picking: updated into swing arm type, material is aluminum, more light than steel, so the paper picking speed is more faster. Besides, new paper picking device not separate the hollow and ripple paper fan picking, save the adjusting time.
5. Mold material adopts aluminum also, and whole part has been oxided. The aluminum oxide will be more harder and slighter, also the uselife will be longer.
6. Outside sensors has 5pieces, others all program into the PLC system.
7. Encoder is support with servo motor, cooperate with PLC program.
8. The bottom folding process, we adopt motor to support its folding instead of pheumatic four claws folding, speed will be faster, and the folding diamater will be smaller which can save the packaging charges.
9. If customer need hot glue device to seal cup body, we already design all necessary process in PLC system, also it is supported by servo motor.
Machine has automatic oil lubricant system, no need to add oil every day before production.
